Syllabus and Agenda

Listed below you will find the presentations presented at the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association's 36th Annual Fall Seminar November 12 & 13, 2016.

The Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The AOMA designates this program for a maximum of 13.0 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME credits and will report CME credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.

This live activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 12.25 prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of the participation in the activity.
