AOMA Clinical Case and Poster Forum

AOMA Clinical Case and Poster Forum

Each spring, the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association sponsors a Clinical Case and Poster Forum. The poster forum is open to osteopathic medical students, residents, and faculty/preceptors across the state of Arizona. The Clinical Case competition is open to third and fourth year osteopathic medical students attending medical school in Arizona. This scientific, peer-reviewed, evidence-based opportunity showcases the tremendous amount of high quality scholarly activity that is developed on an annual basis.

The tenth annual competition will be held in 2018, allowing for the students submitting the top three clinical cases to be invited to deliver an oral case presentation during the Convention on Saturday, April 14, 2018. The poster forum allows for poster displays over the course of the Convention with the formal judging held on Saturday, April 14, 2018. The top three posters in each category will be recognized at the awards ceremony and luncheon on Sunday, April 15, 2018.

The AOMA is proud to sponsor this scholarly/research activity, as it has allowed for the delivery of high quality research, increased participation in the Association’s committee structure, as well as an increase in our membership. Most importantly, it is supporting the mission and vision of the organization by promoting the osteopathic medical profession and providing high quality medical education.

Complete details for entry submission, including previous winning entries, are available below.

Direct your questions to Teresa Roland at AOMA at (602) 761-2697 or teresa@az-osteo.org.

Sincerely,

Charles Finch, D.O., FACOEP
