  *All registration fees include online, on demand access to playback of all the lectures for 30 days post live event. No additional CME credit is awarded for playback.


Cancellation Policy: All requests for refunds must be in writing and received by November 1, 2020. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the registration fee. Refunds will not be available after November 1, 2020 monetary credit may be given for a future CME event.

The Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association (AOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The AOMA designates this program for a maximum of 20.0 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME credits and will report CME credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 creditsTM.

CME CREDITS: In order to receive CME credits for this activity, you must login in to the livestreaming event platform (login instructions will be provided), view the lectures, and submit the online CME attestation form to AOMA by the December 8, 2020 deadline.
