AOMA designates this program for a maximum of 38.25 AOA Category 1-A credit and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.

Application will be submitted for AAFP prescribed credits. Determination of credits is pending.

Cancellation Policy: All requests for refunds must be in writing - email, fax, or US mail.  To receive a refund, requests must be submitted by March 10, 2019.  A $50 processing fee will be deducted form the registration fee. Refunds will not be available after March 10, 2019, but credit for future events may be given.
